Description: Check out former top 20 WTA player Leslie Allen with a drill that will improve a player’s tracking skills, which are needed on the return of serve.

Tip:

The serve and return are the most important shots in the game of tennis as they start out every point. Many players spend time practicing their serve, but not as much practicing their return. We receive 50 percent of the time, so why not spending an adequate amount of time improving and owning this shot?

A common problem among players is to be late on the return. There are many factors that cause this issue, but this week we will focus on tracking skills. We have former top 20 WTA player Leslie Allen showing us a drill that will help your players improve these skills, and therefore improve their return game.
