Presenters Included:

Katrina Adams: Join Former USTA President Katrina Adams on a presentation about leaderships skills, confidence, and how to own the arena. She will share insights about what it takes to host lucrative sporting events. She’ll also talk about the lessons learned as USTA President and how they can be applied across business and any life challenge.

Jim Loehr: Dr. Jim Loehr is a world-renowned performance psychologist, co-founder of the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute and author of 16 books. He reveals the most important character competencies that you can practice daily to transform your life and work. He’ll make you aware of any character shortcomings and blind spots that hold so many leaders back from building a lasting legacy.

Craig O’Shannessy: Craig is the strategy analyst for the ATP World Tour, Wimbledon, The Italian Tennis Federation, The New York Times and Tennishead Magazine. Join Craig on court as two players compete in a “live” practice setting. Craig will add strategic coaching focused on improving the patterns of play for both players, which will aid you in improving this skill for your own coaching.

Stan Smith: International Tennis Hall of Famer Stan Smith will field questions on all things tennis while also providing insight into the incredible success of his autograph shoes. Stacey Allaster: The first female US Open Tournament Director and former WTA CEO. Stacey offers an informative virtual session that is all about flexing and refining those all-important leadership skills and what it takes to run the biggest tournament in the United States, the US Open. CEO John R. Embree will moderate this session.

Allistair McCaw: Recognized as on of the worlds leading figures in performance, mindset, and leadership, Allistair has worked with numerous world champion athletes, Olympic Gold Medalists, Fortune 500 companies and over 15 Grand Slam Tennis Champions. He shares how some of the world’s best coaches and leaders adapt and connect with those they lead.
