Description: Whether you are playing against an aggressive baseliner, a counter puncher or any other style of player, efficient footwork can solve a lot of problems. The video features Jorge Capestany talking about the importance of footwork and movement. Check out the drill and tips he has for you.

Tip:

Many times players blame their stroke technique for their errors, but poor footwork can also cause poor technique.  The better you move, the more options you have with your shots. So what is your footwork number? How many times do your feet touch the ground during a rally?

Regardless of the style of player you are competing against, good footwork and movement can really make a difference in your stroke production and ability to chase down balls. Today we have Jorge Capestany discussing the importance of footwork and movement. Check out what he has to say.
