What do you do when you end up losing a match that you know you could have won? You look back and think, “I should have done that better. I wish I had practiced those shots more.” Or you think you could have made better decisions about the pre-match meal or maybe got more rest the night before. There are many thoughts that go through our head after a loss about things we wish we had done differently.

A loss is a loss, and nobody likes to be in that position too often. But what can you do to overcome a bad loss? This week’s tip features former world No. 1 doubles player Liezel Huber sharing a few of her experiences on the pro tour. Hear what she has to say about overcoming losses.
